Returns and Refunds

GoNutz offers a 14 Day money back guarantee:

  • If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging, unopened, within 14 days.
  • Goods must be returned carriage paid.
  • Goods will be refunded by the same method as the payment was made.
  • Postage and packaging will not be refunded.
  • We do not levy a restocking charge.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund or replacement, including postage and packaging.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

We will only offer a refund or replacement as long as good(s) are returned in their original condition, are unused and unopened in their original packaging. For health and safety reasons, we will not be able to accept returns on any food items that have been used, opened or had their security seal broken.

If your goods do not arrive in perfect condition, please contact us within 3 days of receipt. Photographic evidence of damage/defect is required. On receipt of the photographic evidence, we will advise whether to return the goods or to discard them, and whether a replacement will be sent or a refund issued.

In accordance with EU law, the cost of both original and return postage and packing shall be borne by the customer and deducted from any refund. In the event that the goods were proven to have been defective at time of despatch, we will refund the full cost of the goods as well as delivery and return charges.

Refunds will be paid not later than 30 days of receiving the written notice of cancellation. Your statutory rights are not affected.
