Delivery Policy

Orders received before 2.30pm on a working day will be despatched on the same day. Orders received after 2.30pm on a working day or on a holiday, will be despatched on the next working day.

Orders received after 12.30pm on Fridays and on the eve of holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

Standard delivery times are 2 to 3 working days. Orders over £45 (inclusive of VAT where applicable on any products), will be dispatched free on standard delivery. Guaranteed, timed or next day delivery charges will still apply.

If your order has been delivered late you can be entitled to a refund on the delivery cost if the time delay is unreasonable.

Guaranteed next day services (Special Delivery, Parcelforce 24, and any other special timed services) are always entitled to a full refund on the delivery.

Orders for next day services need to be placed before 2.30pm on a regular day, or 12.30pm on Friday & eves of holidays to ensure next day delivery. If late delivery means the goods are no longer required, then a refund will be issued for the full order including postage, provided the order is not accepted on delivery.

Go Nutz Ltd cannot be held responsible for late deliveries where the courier is at fault.
